What Puerto Rican pride! The bread is finger licking good. The Pastrami is phenomenal and the cheeses go without saying. Hatillo in the house! After several times walking my past this cafe and telling myself how I need to check it out. Today was that day!!! The moment I went in, I was greeted by a welcoming smile by the co owner (Edwin) and his wife. I explained I was starving and needed something to hold me over until I ate dinner. So he went over the list of sandwiches they make so I went with one I never had/heard of (The Mortadella w/ egg & Swiss cheese). I never had a sandwich with the bread so light and fluffy but crispy. SOOO worth it. I ordered the coffee and a few pastries to go. Let’s just say this was honestly the best coffee I’ve had in a very long time. STARBUCKS, Wawa nor Dunkin can compete . It’s food and service like this that makes me willing to return. Thank you to Edwin and his beautiful Wife.
